I am a sold out follower of Christ and have been every since my personal journey to the land of Israel, where in May of 1999, God literally rocked my world. I thought I was a Christian before then, but after spending almost a month in and around Jerusalem, God changed my perspective on many an area of my life. Shortly afterwards, God brought my beautiful future wife and I together in a relationship that has lasted over 10 years. We have two wonderful children.

I am a computer teacher for Ashland Christian School and an online Latin Teacher for Sevenstaracademy.org. Needless to say, computers and technical aspects are a huge part of my character. I enjoy playing with new gizmos and gadgets when I can and learning how to use technology to share the gospel with others, especially youth.

I have been involved with youth for more years than I care to count in various roles from Scouting, being a youth pastor, and now a techie for the Powerhouse Youth group. Twenty years ago, I never dreamed I would be doing some of the things I do now, but God obviously is in control.

I have been using computers since 1993 as a younger college student and the web since January 1994 when my college started promoting the internet. Since then I have kept up as best as I can with the growing technology and learning as much as I can to use the technology to reach out to others and to take a stand for Christ and my Christian beliefs.

I hold an earned B.A. in Religion and a M.Div. from Ashland University and Ashland Theological Seminary. I am an ordained pastor in cognito. I keep up my credentials, but I would much rather hide behind the scenes like this blog and the website.
